STEP TWO: KNOW YOURSELF

Know yourself is STEP TWO of our three-step approach to building confidence and fulfilment:

STEP ONE: LEARN FROM OTHERS

STEP TWO: KNOW YOURSELF

STEP THREE: GET TO KNOW OTHERS

We all have strengths and weaknesses. Achievement is about knowing yourself inside out, playing to your strengths and working on self-development to target your weaknesses . . . not worrying about what you can’t do.

TAKE THE SURVEY

We've created The Fulfilment Finder, a short survey on our website that focuses on six dimensions important to women's happiness: Self, Society, Relationships, Money, Work and Health.

By taking the survey you will gain a deeper knowledge about yourself and discover what in your life is making you feel fulfilled, as well as areas you may want to change or focus on.

COMPARE YOUR PERSONA WITH OTHERS

When you've taken the survey and found out which 'persona' you are, focus on your strengths. We often focus too much on what we can’t do and worry about this. We underestimate the importance of our strengths because we tend to find our strengths easy. We admire those who can do what we can’t – but we don't notice all the things they can’t do.

Find out who else has the same persona as you. What have they done in their life and career?

Tell your friends and colleagues to do the survey and share your strengths with each other. We bet they have all noticed what you’re good at, and you’ve probably noticed what they’re good at.

Everyone has weaknesses, and you can work on these. But it's focusing on your strengths that will help you succeed. When you’re having fun, it’s probably because you’re doing what you’re good at.

Whichever persona you are, there’s no bad news. Learn to be compassionate and generous towards yourself and others.
