The Female Lead is an educational charity that empowers women to take the lead in their own lives at every stage. We share stories of women who have found diverse paths to fulfilment and amplify their voices to inspire and stimulate personal and societal change. Through original content and teaching resources gifted to girls in education in the UK and USA we hope to stimulate debate, showcase role models and develop leadership skills.
